Adventure Awaits at this cozy 3-bedroom cabin perched atop Seven Devils in just over 3,800 feet in elevation! Enjoy cool summer temps, stunning autumn foliage, action packed winter ski trips or a blissful spring refresher! Regardless of the time of year you are planning your trip, this home offers the perfect location for adventures of all kinds!

The ramp allows for easy access from the parking area to the front door. Once inside, you'll be greeted with a lovely open layout between the kitchen and living room. The living room features a huge sectional, cozy recliner and flat screen TV (Spectrum & streaming service available). In the recently renovated kitchen you'll find new stainless appliances, a live edge island, and Keurig coffeemaker. There are 4 barstools at the island and a dining table that will sit 4 more people. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a queen size bed, TV, and full bath with tub/shower combo. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed & TV and the other with 2 double beds. Guests in these bedrooms will share a full bathroom, also with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy early morning sunrises or stunning mountain sunsets with your beverage of choice on the back deck. When you're ready to head into town, Boone is a quick 10 minute drive and Blowing Rock is about 15 minutes. Other popular towns such as Banner Elk and Valle Crucis can also be reached in about 15-17 minutes. Guests may also relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Seven Devils is home to Hawksnest Snowtubing & Zip Line Park! One of the regions top destinations for family fun. Otter Falls is just a minute or two away which is accessed via a moderately strenuous 0.6-mile hike.

Additional Notes:
-This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- This home has one exterior security camera, mounted on the back side of the home facing away from the house & parking area. There are no other cameras on site.

*Adventure Awaits is located at nearly 3,900 feet in elevation and does not have central air conditioning. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and portable window fans. Summer temperatures vary from 68-75 degrees during the day, and 50-65 degrees in the evening.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
