Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it includes :
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- and a fully-equipped kitchen.

You'll particularly appreciate its dedicated workspace and view over the Seine.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located close to the Châtelet subway station.
There's a "Franprix" supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.

There are also many restaurants and cafés in the area.

## Emplacement
Like the 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements, the 1st arrondissement is the historical and geographical center of Paris. Yet you'll need plenty of time to explore it, as it's brimming with monuments and places, each more remarkable than the last. Museums, palaces, private mansions, cafés, restaurants and stores await you around every corner.
But it's more than just a museum district, as Châtelet-les Halles is a major thoroughfare and meeting place for modern Parisians.
