This condo offers vaulted ceilings, a king master suite (king sized bed), second tv, bathroom with dual sinks, adult height vanity, tub, separate shower, & water closet. Guest BR (queen sized bed) & guest bath located on opposite side of unit, next to the laundry room w/full size washer/dryer.

The living room has comfortable furniture and a new 50 inch tv. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee maker, and some cooking necessities. Enjoy the light & bright breakfast nook and watching the sunrise while having your morning coffee/tea or breakfast.

Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines.

There’s an extensive list of amenities inside & outside this unit including a large private covered outdoor patio, wifi/internet access, covered car port with extra parking spaces nearby, and extra storage next to the car port which includes beach umbrellas, chairs (2), and a small cooler which guests may use as they need! The condo is fully air conditioned.

Community amenities include the largest saltwater resort style heated pool in Naples, clubhouse, Gas/BBQ grills, 2 clay tennis courts, covered/screened bocce courts, putting green, shuffleboard, & library. The clubhouse has a library and many social activities (ie: fitness classes, community dinners, card nights, etc.) which are ongoing throughout the year. There are luscious gardens professionally maintained throughout the community, and plenty of stores, malls, cafes , bowling and bars and restaurants nearby.

********The neighborhood HOA requires at LEAST 30 days to process the rental application and the gate pass. Renters must fill out and email back signed Falling Waters rental application and rental agreement at least 30 days before arrival. If renters request to rent the property within 30 days of check-in a $150.00 additional fee will be assessed for expedited processing of the gate pass.****
