Gorgeous views of Utah Lake and Mount Timpanogos! Beautiful 17 ft vaulted ceilings in family room. Backyard connected to mountains with endless trails to hike and jog. Backyard has wood burning fire pit! Large upstairs playroom for kids with toys and books to keep them busy. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare large meals including crock pot, blender, and spices. 75 inch TV to stream and enjoy Netflix and Amazon Video! 65 inch TV in master bedroom! In ground trampoline too!
The space
Quiet and Safe neighborhood. Great for going on a stroll and taking in the views of the mountains and lake. House backs up to the mountains and is great for hiking, biking, shooting, and riding!

There is a charcoal grill outside for your use.

We recently installed and in-ground trampoline which is very fun but important to note anyone in your group using the trampoline is agreeing to do so at their own risk. We do not assume any liability for any and all injuries that occur on our property. Also, we have a strict rule of no climbing, walking on, or jumping off of the rock wall in back of our home. Violating this rule may result in the immediate termination of the booking. There is a STRICT NO CLIMBING ON THE ROCK WALL RULE. We do not want any kids getting hurt.
Also NO JUMPING ON THE TRAMPOLINE AFTER 10pm or being loud outside after 10pm. We have neighbors and we do not want to disturb them when they are sleeping. Doing so will result in immediate termination of the booking. We want to keep the neighbors happy so we can continue hosting on Airbnb. Thanks for your understanding.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire house EXCEPT the basement and garage will be locked with no access.

Basement is occupied with tenants-completely separate entry and living space. No need to worry though, they are hardly ever home! They do not use the backyard either.
Other things to note
Trash is picked up early morning on Mondays, if your reservation falls on Sunday night please make sure to take the black trash bin out to the curb. Please bring bin in by Monday night:)

CHECKOUT instructions: checkout is at 10AM Please make sure to remove all trash and place it in the can outside. Recyclables can be put in the blue recycling bin. Put all used towels on the laundry room floor. Please make sure all dishes are loaded in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is started before you leave and our cleaners will unload it and take care of everything else. Thank you!
