Large Condo-Great Location, Beautiful Views
Pros: Location within PCB is great and the location of the condo within the Tidewater Resort is perfect (no elevators necessary, nice and quiet). Condo is large and spacious, nice layout. Cons: Cleanliness was lacking this stay, and this condo is in need of a deep clean. Upon arrival, the condo had a significant musty/mildew odor (makes me wonder if this condo has humidity/moisture issues). There was mildew in the showers and toilets upon arrival. Master bath shower had hairs and soap scum residue. There was old water in the Keurig in the kitchen, along with grease splatters on the wall behind the oven and the side of the refrigerator. Pantry had expired food items. Bedrooms had debris under the beds. Nearly all the linens/bedding/towels had stains. These finds were surprising to us since our previous stays in the 1 bedroom condo down the hall (same owners) were always so clean.

We had a great time! Enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony. It's a beautiful complex with many amenities. Very neat & clean, nicely decorated & everything in working order. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay at this location due to home engulfed in mold. Very disgusting couldn't even get door to open all the way. Floor had bubbled throughout the condo.

Our other condo has over 100 reviews and a 5 star rating. We are discounting our rent for the late Summer and Fall to get established on VRBO.

A fabulous (and huge) beachfront condo (with a million dollar view from the living area as well as the Master bedroom) on one of the best white sand beaches in America. And again, you do not need to wait on the buildings notoriously slow elevators as we are on the same (2nd floor) as the walkover from the garage and the lobby.

Park in the covered garage and cross over the walkover to the registration desk.
From there just walk down the hallway and your at our beautiful 1600 ft home.. There is a staircase next to the lobby. One floor down and your at our waterfront restaurant. One more floor down and your at the beach exits. You do not need to stand in long lines waiting for an elevator.. Our amazing condo has a million dollar view of one of the best beaches in America from both the living area and the master bedroom.
Our condo has breathtaking view and were in the ideal location. We are just a short walk to Pier Park and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants.
