Great Location; Good for Younger Crowd

Pros: - location, location, location. Close to many great restaurants, historical district and waterfront. - quiet building - large kitchen - helpful property manager - accommodates a large group Cons: - filthy walls, large cracks in walls and bath tile, stains on the ceiling, with interesting patching - common space to unit was very dirty; trash left out - poor water pressure in shower Overall, if you are young and just want to be central to lots of things this is a great spot. Would not recommend for families or adult travelers who like well maintained units.

Apartment in disrepair

This apartment seemed promising but it did not live up to its listing. The location is great, but there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke when we walked in. The walls were cracked in many places, including significant wall damage next to one of the beds which made the apartment feel very dirty and creepy to sleep in. One of the bathrooms had huge stains on the blinds and floor and felt disgusting because of it. The hot water did not work in the second bathroom's shower, so all 6 of us had to share one shower. The host claims they would have come fixed it, but we didn't realize this until halfway through our stay and we shouldn't have to coordinate to fix basic amenities. We ended up cutting our trip one day short to get out of there.

Perfect for a getaway

Property is very clean with good size bedrooms. The loving area is on the small side but there is so much to do in the area we were not inside except to sleep and shower. Property is centrally located, easy Uber rides to center city and northern liberties. Walkable to many restaurants and bars and the fun of South Street. We would stay there again.

As you enjoy your time in Philadelphia and come back to the modern and stylish apartment after enjoying a couple of mimosas by the riverfront, you will be greeted by a cozy road filled with lovely small businesses such as a board game cafe and personally catered sit-down sushi restaurant.

Once you enter the apartment unit, you will be welcomed into a relaxing abode.

The living room space has a luxurious leather couch that can also serve as extra sleeping space if need be!

The kitchen space is fully equipped with hanging pots, pans, and utensils for all your cooking needs. Complimentary coffee and tea at your disposal; sugar, and cream included. It has all the appliances (toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, oven).

There is a 50 in flat screen smart TV with a Netflix subscription included in one of the bedrooms upstairs!

There are 4 queen beds in the space. One bedroom on the first floor holding 1 queen. Two bedrooms on the second floor, holding one queen bed and two queen beds. All bedrooms have their own private closet storage area for your clothes and belongings. We have an ironing board on the first-floor bedroom for your needs.

There are two recently renovated full bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.

Laundry washer and dryer included with detergent. Bathroom with complimentary shampoos, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, comfy body, and towels.

We are readily available for all your needs. We want you to enjoy your stay and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy!
