## Logement
All comforts, the house includes:
- four bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and dedicated workspace.

You can see a view of the Loire from the two rooms that are to the North.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Cot, Wifi, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.

The only Avocado tree in the North-West quarter of France is on the terrace.
It also has a garden furniture for aperitifs and barbecues.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area (in the pretty village of Trentemoult). It overlooks a small pedestrian square.

There are many restaurants on the banks of the Loire such as: La Civelle, La Guinguette, Au Panier perché, La Reine Blanche, La Rainette bleue, Le Poussin Rouge, Le Vaporetto, Bistrot du port, Boulangerie Gavroche, etc.

## Emplacement
Rezé developed on the site of the Gallo-Roman city of Ratiatum, a major port in antiquity, which reached its apogee in the first centuries AD. Major excavations are carried out regularly every year around the Chapelle Saint-Lupien. The chapel dates back to the 15th century.
Hiking enthusiasts will find several nature trails in Rezé. A complete tour of the town covers almost 25 km. A secret, surprising town with ancient villages rubbing shoulders with contemporary architectural signatures.
Numerous sporting, cultural and festive events punctuate the year.
