The spacious, bright, well-exposed, comfortable, and pleasant villa can accommodate 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a covered terrace (rotunda) with large bay windows offering serene views of the garden. Just 2 km from the immense sandy beaches of La Marina and 5 km from downtown Dénia, it's very close to amenities (supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants, just 1 km away). There's a horse riding center, golf course, and bike path nearby.
In addition to the park, you'll enjoy a beautiful 11m x 5m swimming pool with a Roman bath and a large sun terrace. Private, quiet and private, the property is not overlooked. Adjacent to the pool is a 25m² pergola equipped with a kitchen including a refrigerator, a hot plate, a griddle, a sink, and storage cupboards. IMPORTANT: Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays for the summer period from June to August.
Minimum stay: 2 weeks. Pets are only allowed with prior agreement.
The house is open to the outdoors with numerous amenities (flower beds, terraces, walking paths in the park, relaxation areas, barbecue, night lighting, etc.) that will allow you to peacefully enjoy your vacation and share magical moments on the Costa Blanca.
We have deliberately focused on exterior photos because a vacation at Villa Serenidad means spending as much time as possible outdoors, in complete privacy, peace, and serenity.
