Entspannen Sie sich in diesem schönen zweistöckigen, Einfamilienhaus auf dem Ocean Front in South Mission Beach befindet; Terrasse Tor öffnet sich auf den Sand. Genießen Sie sensationelle Aussicht von der kundenspezifischen Redwood Deck des Surf & Sonnenuntergänge, Mission Bay Channel, Ocean Beach Pier & Beach Volleyballplätze ohne sich von Ihrem Stuhl. Das zweistöckige Haus ist voll für komfortables Wohnen ausgestattet.

Die Wohnbereiche sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Die obere Ebene verfügt über einen großen Raum mit 42 "Flachbild-TV, eine Wand aus Fenstern, die auf einem Redwood-Deck mit Essbereich im Freien; voll ausgestattete Küche, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit angrenzendem Bad Master. Die beiden zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Queensize-Bett und vier Twin-Size (2 Etagen-) Betten eingerichtet und teilen sich ein Vollbad.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen großen Partyraum mit Queen Sofa / Schlafwagen, voller Größe Billardtisch, Kamin und Bar, öffnen sich auf einem geschlossenen, Palmen beschatteten Terrasse Ziegel. Die Terrasse Tor öffnet sich direkt auf den Sand! Es gibt ein Bad, Dusche und Waschmaschine / Trockner auf dieser Ebene. Park 5 Autos vor Ort: 2 Garagenplätze und 3 Einfahrt Leerzeichen!

We had a wonderful stay at this Mission Beach home right on the sand! The setup was perfect for our family—our daughters stayed upstairs with us while our adult grandsons had a great time downstairs with a pool table, patio, and direct beach access. It was also super convenient for walking the dogs, with easy access to the grass and path.The home was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved the upstairs deck for coffee, relaxing, or a cocktail while watching the beach activity. There’s volleyball just outside which is going on from 6am to 10pm daily. It’s a short walk to the water.The garage was the largest we’ve ever had in a rental, and driveway parking was a big plus. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and toys, and the host was very helpful and gracious.Some things to note: you’ll hear street and plane noise—typical for the area but noticeable if you’re used to quiet. Also, there are stairs to navigate each time you come and go, which we didn’t mind (good exercise!). The home is a bit dated, but overall very comfortable and well maintained. The private patio downstairs has a lovely garden and nice shade during the afternoons and a fire table for evenings. We’d definitely recommend this property for families or groups looking for a relaxed, beachside getaway!

Graduation Weekend

The house was just like the pictures. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There were even extra blankets accessible for anyone who wanted a warmer night sleep, or snuggling on the deck watching the sun set. The location is perfect. We took a long walk down the boardwalk from the house and realized our location was so much quieter and private than the other homes in the same vicinity. The kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need to make meals at home. Best of all was our host Andrea. She quickly refunded me our pet deposit when I told her our pet passed way and would not be joining us. I’ve lost deposits on rentals for much more. She also worked with us on getting in the house a little early so we could drop off luggage and freshen up before attending our first graduation event at SDSU. We could not have made a better choice! Having everything work out so smoothly so we could focus on celebrating our daughters graduation from really enhanced our trip! Thank you Andrea, we look forward to another visit in the future!

Lovely beach house vacation

This a very comfortable home right on the beach. The upstairs porch is perfect for morning coffee and watching the volleyball players. We did a lot of baking and grilling which was nice for family time. The bicycles are handy for grocery runs and cruising the boardwalk. Will definitely consider a stay here again!

South Mission Beach

Nice viewing of channel and ocean. Great people watching balcony for 3 year old granddaughter and downstairs patio was great to have, as well as access to sand in front of house for grandchildren. Linens and towels were nice.

2633 Ocean Front Walk

Great family home with tons of toys and games for all, lots of kitchen dishes,cups & utensils. Abundant beach and bath towels. Great views, game room, 2 patios, firepit table and gas grill. We really liked the volleyball courts so close by,the sunsets and the private patio. Close to sea and bay. Less crowded than other parts of the peninsula. Downside: in the flight path of major airport. Some days starting at 6am very loud plane traffic every few minutes. Also floors looked clean but walking barefoot proved otherwise, and one shower was unuseable. Owner was very kind and overall I loved this house. Really wonderful for a large family. Many more supplies than at other homes I've rented here.

One of our best San Diego trips

The location of this house is fantastic: steps from the walk way along the beach, steps from mission beach, walking distance to Balmont Park, and a private beach right outside the gate. The house is cute and clean, with everything you need for a beach vacation. Andrea was great to communicate with and pleasant to interact with. We had two families with teens and tweens that had a great time.

Beautiful views location convenient to many sights

The house was comfortable with a stylish beach decor. Fabulous views from the balcony. The Four bikes truly an added bonus to adventure on the broad walk. Quiet neighborhood. The parking in garage and driveway was also another bonus. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday at the beach. The host was very nice and accommodating.

Great location, very accommodating manager

The location is fantastic - just off the touristy boardwalk yet still with great sunsets and wonderful sand, beach and bay views. And lots of volleyball games to watch since it's so close to the volleyball courts. The property manager was extremely accommodating to some of our special requests and scheduling. The house is a great size for big and small groups. The little front yard is wonderfully private and so pretty with blooming flowers. And the house has everything you need - bikes, boards and all kind of sand toys.

Perfect beach house!

We loved staying at this beach house. It was perfect for our family. Andrea was an awesome host. She met us at the property, showed us around and went through everything. We loved that the house had bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, and a pool table! The beach was a perfect distance away for us. We loved how the boardwalk was not directly in front of the house so we didn’t get the constant flow of people walking past the house. The kids were able to play in the sand right in front without people bothering them. We definitely loved the garage and how our suburban could fit in it. It was a perfect location for Seaworld and the Zoo. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next San Diego Trip!

Beautiful beach location

We had a great time at this property. The location is amazing, walking distance to Belmont park, easy and ample parking. It could use a little updating, but the location and ease of access makes it a great spot for visiting all areas of San Diego. We could play right on the beach without having all of the hustle and bustle of the bike path right outside the door. I would recommend increasing the quality and availability of a few things: toilet paper and paper towels were low quality, there were no spices or seasonings for cooking, no storage for food, bed pillows are very old and need replacing, Overall, the stay was great, communication with Andrea was excellent and we would recommend to others.

Awesome getaway on MIssion Beach

Property was in a great location, check-in was easy and Andrea was very responsive and helpful! The place was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Great patio, nice balcony and incredible views.
