Absolutely beautiful vacation cabin in Franklin, NC!! Incredible views off the patio while drinking morning coffee or enjoying sunset!! Enjoy making smores and laughing by the 2 outdoor fire pits!! This property is perfect for a large family getaway or for simply enjoying all of what western North Carolina has to offer!! Ample parking, over 5000 sq/ft of living space and within 30-40 minutes to everything NC has to offer! Centrally located to rafting on 2 different rivers, zip lining, fly fishing, tubing, horseback riding, boating, and some of the most incredible waterfall hikes. Franklin has 2 breweries in historic downtown to enjoy along with restaurants and food trucks and the little Tennessee River Greenway. Come quick, come often, and come build memories that will last a lifetime!!

Driveway has been recently paved (Nov. 2021) making access to the home very easy!!

This home is ideal for large groups. The main floor boasts 3 bedrooms, the large great room with a cozy electric fireplace and breathtaking views and the kitchen/dining area. The lower level has an additional 3 bedrooms, another large living area and a second kitchenette. Finally there is a 3rd floor loft with its own full bath. A great place for families to come together and enjoy the mountains while still having individual space. The main floor patio includes chairs and a table to relax, but also an outdoor solo stove bonfire pit. On the lower level, there is also a larger more classic second fire pit as well.

Newly added DirectTV with 4 TVs in the home. There are 2 TVs in the bedrooms and 1 large flat screen TV in each of the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, both of which have plenty of seating and are perfect for watching TV together. Cell phone service is very good at the house. Mobile (cell phone) hot spots also work well.

Pets must pay a pet fee. Property has cameras and if pet is found that has not been approved and paid for you will be asked to leave the property and $1000 charge will be added.

This property was fabulous. It provided the perfect accommodation for my large family (kids and g'kids). There was ample living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.

Extended family getaway

The house fit our group of 13 comfortably. There was plenty of space for hanging together and privacy when needed. The view from the deck was beautiful and the location was convenient. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The cabin is new and has everything you need. My one complaint is for the size of rooms, why not have king size beds to accommodate families and couples? Obviously this information was available before booking, but the layout of space and the bed sizes seem so nonsensical to the demographic that presumably rents this vacation home.

Family Wedding Weekend

This home met all our needs. It was a blessing to have towels and sheets provided. The home was well stocked with the necessities that don't normally come with a rental unit. I'm sure there is an absolutely beautiful view from this home but it rained just about the entire time we were there.

Memorial weekend

What a lovely view. This was an all adults vacation. The only negative thing about this lovely house are the beds. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Especially when you have big men. The response have been quick and on point. Enough rooms for the family. The view from the balcony and the fireflies at night and the clouds rolling in while you are out there was breathe taking. Would have like a better fire pit. Something happened to appliances but they responded quickly. Any questions and suggestion of activies were answered right away. Love this house and this view!! Everything was great and clean and house full of supplies. We already want to return next year. Thank you for a great house.

Semi-Annual Senior Motorcycle Trip 2023

The house was great. The location and view were outstanding, but the driveway and road approach do make it difficult for 900 lb. motorcycles. But we adapted and overcame this one small obstacle. We had 12 people in the house with six motorcycles, and we all had plenty of room and entertainment available while we were there. The location worked quite well as groceries, stores, restaurants, gas stations and North Carolina mountain roads to ride on were readily available. Matt was great to work and he was very responsive as we had 2 small problems which were handled quickly with just one text. Matt, everyone in our group say thanks and we appreciate you making this home available. We hope to possibly see you again the future.
