Very Good

House was clean and beds were comfortable. The 2 older kids enjoyed the twin beds on the sun porch and the pool in the back yard. The house was in good location. Wes was wonderful to work with. Will use Sea Stay Vacation Rentals again and recommend to others.

Wonderful Vacation

Our whole family fit comfortably in this very nice home. We wanted for nothing more; could relax, enjoy the beach and pool and each other's company.

Review of slow m’ocean

We had some issues and some observations about this home; 1. Not enough towels for 12 guests 2. Blood on the upper bunk mattress pad, awful 3. Master bedroom sliding door does not lock, door to room hard to close 4. Only the 4 lounges at pool, no other outdoor chairs anywhere, at pool or on decks, no where to sit outside, NO view of the ocean 5. Screen porch was a dumping ground for construction equipment, not a place you would want to sit even if there had been anything but that awful sofa to sit on! 6. There was a broken down golf cart such an eyesore 7. Shower curtain in downstairs bathroom was disgusting 8. Un-usable grill 9. Ice maker not working 10. Sagging rails on outside was a safety issue 11. The dishes were filthy, all had to be washed before using, only 5 coffee cups and 11 plates 12. My 9 year old grandson fixed the bottom shelves in the kitchen

Cape San Blas Review

The property was not clean and very outdated. There was a golf cart that was broken down with a flat tire, a beer can upon arrival. The screened porch was unusable. It was so dirty you could not sit in it. The shower curtains were yellow on the main floor. The kitchen counters were grimy and crumbs in cabinets. I bought paper plates, cups, and silverware. A block from the beach if you cut through a private property. It was great that we rented bikes as we needed them to get to the path to the beach and on occasion we drove if we were taking a lot. The pool was dirty and broken. The pool guy arrived day 2 and cleaned it up, so it wasn't cloudy. The grill was so bad I would classify as unusable.
