Just upgraded! The Walkout Suite is a secondary suite available at the Dragonfly Inn. The Loft Suite is the primary rental unit. Base price if for 2 guests.
Executive acreage with over 4000 square foot home just minutes from Sherwood park! Easy access off Highway 21 and quick connections to Highway 16, and Anthony Henday. We are local to Sherwood Park and 30 minutes or less to Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan and Edmonton International Airport
This suite has its own entrance, entertainment room, games room, wet bar/kitchen, private bathroom and two queen bedroom suites with rustic log beds. The Walkout Suite is intended for Adults only and can sleep 4 adults comfortably.
Robes in winter and towels provided in summer.
Shared access to 1800sq ft tiered deck w/hot tub tv/stereo system, outdoor fire pit, cedar sauna, gas fire table at seating lounge area, BBQ.
Swings, teeter totter, jungle gym, play structure for kids.
RESTRICTIONS OF USE:
The Walkout Suites does have walled partition between main floor and walkout. Guest space is separated by locking door at bottom of stairs. Host Laundry/Toy room and Furnace room is located on either side of wet bar and may need to be accessed during stay for unplanned maintenance. Mutual respect for noise after quiet time (10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends) is required.
We share our family outdoor amenities with you during your stay. We are happy to arrange for your private use as well.
We live on the premises and available anytime!
Public transportation is not available from our home. However, we are only 5 minutes drive from town by taxi or Uber.
We are happy to personalize your stay! Let us know what you need for you or your children.

Chris and I (Melanie) purchased this home in 2013 and are continually updating to make it our forever home.
We live on the property full time on the Main Floor of the house and we rent our Loft Suite, Walkout Suite, and Holiday Trailer to guests for overnight stays and private gatherings.
Together we have 5 children (2 boys/3 girls) and only our youngest daughter (10) lives at home.
We enjoy hosting family and friends, doing special events, travelling, wine/good food, camping, fishing and meeting new people. We have had the pleasure of hosting guests from South America, Europe, USA and Canada and look forward to meet people from more countries!
