The house is elevated which allows for a nice, breezy covered area underneath for entertaining. A BBQ grill has been provided along with a large picnic table. Nearby is a fire pit with wood furnished to burn while you enjoy the Matagorda sunsets. There is a spacious lawn for children to play games and there is plenty of parking for your boat along with a water hose nearby. The house has two bedrooms. The master has a new king mattress, all new bedding and a 40” smart TV. The guest room has bunk beds which are Full Extra Long over Queen. Mattresses and all bedding are new and the guest room also has a 40” smart TV. The home has a recently updated kitchen with a granite island, a range with convection oven, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, utensils and cookware and also has utensils for BBQ grill. Coastal Retreat is a short drive to nearby Matagorda Harbor where there is a boat ramp. Matagorda Beach is a favorite destination for fishing, swimming, beach combing and bird watching.
