This Victorian home is well-appointed on a lush residential street parallel to Magazine St. surrounded by gorgeous Victorian and Greek Revival homes.
Please be aware that this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and not appropriate for a bachelorette or bachelor party. Gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please review ALL terms and conditions before booking.
This home is located within a historic neighborhood known as the old Faubourg Bouligny. Adjacent to the Garden District, and bordered by Napoleon and Louisiana Avenues on the East and West, and Magazine Street and St. Charles Avenue on the North and South, Faubourg Bouligny is known for itâs lush gardens, historic homes, and close proximity to the Uptown parade routes.

Please be aware that the City of New Orleans has a humid subtropical climate and may be subject to a variety of weather phenomena (depending on time of year), including severe rain, tropical storms, hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, heat and humidity, and strong winds. The Atlantic hurricane season typically runs from June 1 through November 30 each year, and tropical storms, tornadoes, flooding, and other serious weather phenomena, even if unlikely, may be possible during that time.

HEATED POOL
Our pool can be heated up to 87°F during the cooler months (October through April). If you would like the pool heated during your stay, Please submit your request at least one week prior to check-in. A $100 per night heating fee will be added to your reservation.
Guests have access to all amenities on the property.
Our house host will be available to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need throughout your stay.
