Nearby, a formal dining table has space for ten. Around the corner is another comfy seating area, complete with soothing blue furniture, a mounted HDTV, and dramatic, ocean-inspired art pieces.

The kitchen is completely custom and totally distinct. Anchored by a unique, banquette island with an upholstered bench that’s surrounded by gleaming, grey-veined marble, the entire room is effortlessly chic. Sleek, Italian-made cabinets surround a luxe suite of Gaggenau appliances. The flatware and dishware are elevated to artwork behind glass storage cabinets.

Through the glass French doors lies the private cerulean blue swimming pool. Surrounded by grass, stone, and manicured tropical landscaping, this is an ideal oasis to cool off, catch some sun, or simply relax with a cocktail and a juicy novel in one of the lounge chairs.

Climb the floating staircase to the second level, where there are three relaxing bedrooms. The magnificent primary suite features a king-size bed, HDTV, walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and step-in shower. The primary suite is flanked on either side by two more bedroom suites, each with king-size beds, large HDTVs, balconies, and attached baths. This floor also includes a convenient laundry nook. On the soaring top floor, there are two bedrooms on either side of the bathroom. Each one features 2 queen-size beds and a twin-size day bed. Circular windows provide soaring birds-eye views of the neighborhood below.
