Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Jodi. We're genuinely sorry to hear that the cabin didn't meet your expectations during your stay. It must have been frustrating to find dirty dishes, leftover trash, an unclean hot tub, and a messy refrigerator—it's clear that this is far from the experience we strive to provide. We also understand how disappointing it is to encounter a broken toaster, a clogged Keurig, and a lack of blankets during your getaway. These issues should have been addressed to ensure your comfort. We truly appreciate you letting us know, as we encourage our guests to reach out for assistance at any time. Please understand that your concerns have been shared with our team so we can work on resolving these matters. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we thank you for bringing it to our attention.

We're looking into ways to improve, including considering upgrades to our TV options. Thanks for your understanding and for helping us get better at what we do.
