Welcome to our humble abode, featuring 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, fully functional kitchen, workspace & Laundry!

Our home is bright, modern & has an open plan layout. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, is stocked with basic cookware & spices & a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

There are 2 large smart TVs & free WiFi!

Perfectly located - 5 mins to Sky Harbour Airport & 8 mins to Old town Scottsdale (Full list of attractions is under "Getting Around" section).
The space
We have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The place can accomodate up to 10- 12 people easily :)

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed and a futon on the floor to enjoy a large smart TV. There is also a work desk and a comfortable office chair.

Suited our needs

Family wedding- all the bedrooms worked out and beds were super super comfy!! The owners had incredible customer service and went above and beyond! They made the experience exceptional!! The house served our needs!

The house was updated, clean, and comfortable. Also very close to the airport and major highways. The four bedrooms were all nicely decorated and comfy.

Great property for a golf trip with your friends!

Had a great time staying here and was very close to the airport. The house is very clean and the host was great and easy to work with! Recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Phoenix area!!

Lovely home. Spacious, plenty of towels, easy check out, friendly hosts

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Spacious downstairs common area - kitchen, dining area/table (big) and sitting/tv area. Nice to have 1/2 bath downstairs as well. Upstairs - 4 spacious rooms, nice beds and everything was really clean!

We lived in this home for 3 years before deciding to put it up as a short term rental.

We have created this home with love and believe it is a great home away from home for couples, families and friends looking for a perfect getaway! The home is very spacious, the decor is very modern and couches and beds are carefully selected for your comfort :)

What we love about this home is the location. It is perfectly located in the sought after Arcadia neighbourhood, 5 mins from the Sky Harbour Airport or Downtown, 8 mins to the Old Town Scottsdale and just a few mins off the major 202 highway.
