3 Bedroom 2 Bath Mid Century Modern home with pool

Guest reprogrammed and disconnected the pool heater from the auromation system and heated a big pool to over 95 degrees (thats spa temperatures). The house rules state that we heat the pool winter months and that the guest needs to ask to heat the pool beforehand. This stay was not during winter months and the guest took it to their own to disconnect the heater from automation and heat it to 95 degrees. The pool equipment is monitored and there is video surveillance where I caught them tampering with the automation and the pool heater. When confronted they say pool was too cold and they . When charged the service call to get the pool equipment back in the same order before the stay they refused to pay. When billed for the excessive gas usage (over $200) they refused to pay. I had to file a claim to get my money back for the bills the guest caused me. Heating a pool excessively and trying to avoid charges by disconnecting it from the pool equipment, then refusing to pay for it is theft to me. Other than that, people love our house and I get all top reviews. That someone that acted as a thief and refuse to pay their way is giving me a bad review is quite obvious as to where they try to take this. Stay away from dishonest guest!
