This updated canal property is located in the sought-after community of Sea Isle. Set towards the end of a sparkling canal in Sea Isle, this family-friendly home with two bedrooms is the perfect location for your next getaway to the Texas Gulf Coast. The fishing fans in your crew will love casting their lines from your private dock, and the beach lovers will enjoy the Sea Isle Beach access points, less than 5 minutes away, or tie your boat up to the dock, and you are right down the canal to West End Marina then West Bay. You can tie your boat to the dock or use our water mat and floats to soak in the canal.

Casa De Frio sleeps 6 comfortably in two bedrooms. Hi-Speed Wifi throughout the house with Flat Screen TVs and in the living room and downstairs bar. Google Chrome w/ remote and Xfinity Flex provide access to your TV subscriptions.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day), as well as the community boat launch and lighted fishing pier with the provided keys.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $75 fee. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Highlights:

This is not a corporate rental but our vacation home that we share with like minded beach water lovers. Sunny and open living room with light wood floors that easily sits 8 guests. Vaulted ceiling and large window facing the canal keep the room light and bright. There is seating for six at the table and an extra four bar stools. Updated kitchen with granite countertops and propane supplied gas stove. Most Sea Isle properties are electric only.

The Master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and a beautifully appointed walk-in shower. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with two bunk beds. The upper deck has shade or a beautiful view of the canal to enjoy the morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The downstairs patio is equipped with a professional six-burner gas grill for your steaks or fajitas, a two-burner cooktop to fry up some fish and shrimp, and a full-size griddle for breakfast omelets. Cooking options are endless with this professional setup! Equipped with two Bose speakers to play your favorite tunes while grilling and having a cold one. You can watch your favorite sports on the adjustable flat-screen TV at the bar.

Enjoy fishing right off the private dock under two lights, and an underwater green light or beach enthusiast can also clean up with the outdoor shower after the day at the beach.
