Additional amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, picnic grilling area, outdoor shower rinsing station, wireless internet, three elevators, and two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor.

Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-3 (65" smart TV in LR, Roku in Doubles BR), DVD, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig and drip coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans throughout, covered balcony, on-site pool and grilling area, access to ground level locker for keeping guest beach gear. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
