Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely 130m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and an eight-person dining table. There's also a private courtyard with a dining table and seating areas to lounge and enjoy family time.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first two bedrooms have a double bed, while the other two have two single beds. All the beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Embellished with palm trees, the Pointe Croisette peninsula, nicknamed Palm Beach, is dominated by contemporary, upscale apartments and the Russian Orthodox Church with its richly decorated facade in pastel tones. Water sports enthusiasts can visit Gazagnaire Beach and the nearby surf shops and yacht clubs. Many glamorous celebrities frequent the seafront bars and discos around the Pierre-Canto marina.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Port Canto, is just a 3-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
