This new, fully air-conditioned holiday flat sleeps 4 in comfort, in a peaceful setting on the shores of the Bassin de Thau. Just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean.

On the 1st floor with elevator of a modern, wooded and secure luxury residence, this 65 m² one-bedroom apartment has a 16 m² terrace with a side view of the Bassin de Thau (Suttel marina). Adorned with Mediterranean plants, it is equipped with garden furniture, a dining table with chairs and a gas barbecue.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofas, dining area, large-screen smart TV (75P or 190cm) with sound bar and DVD player, and connected loudspeaker.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and Smart TV
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and Smart TV
- Bathroom with bathtub: equipped with handles and safety seat, towel warmer, hairdryer, bathroom scale, make-up mirror and a set of organic toiletries.
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort: washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning, ironing board and iron, raclette machine...

Outside :
- A 16 m² terrace with a side view of the Bassin de Thau (Port de plaisance "Suttel"). Decorated with Mediterranean plants, it is equipped with garden furniture, a dining table with chairs and a gas barbecue.

The apartment is ideally located in Balaruc-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- You can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. A reserved parking space is available in the basement of the residence's secure garage.
- Nearest train station: Sète train station approx. 9 min from the apartment, Montpellier TGV Sud de France train station approx. 27 min from the apartment.
- Nearest airport: Montpellier airport approx. 28 min by car, Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport approx. 35 min by car.

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €2/night, to be paid on site (one cat or dog per stay).

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
