Our 1,800 square foot home is a newly renovated 1930s tudor with 4 bedrooms, an open 2nd floor loft, 3 full bathrooms, spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, a fenced in yard, and deck with a grill. We are a 10 minute ride to Downtown, close to Nissan Stadium, the airport, and all East Nashville restaurants and bars. Our space is great for big groups with a lot of private areas. Upon arriving, you'll walk into a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa, mounted flat screen TV, sound bar speaker, and stunning fireplace. The living room connects to the beautifully renovated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, drip coffee maker, microwave, and state of the art Samsung appliances including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven. We have a kitchen table here with seats for 4-6 and an additional 2 counter height barstools. The kitchen door opens up to a deck with a patio set/umbrella with seats for 6 and a gas grill. The deck has stairs down to a large completely fenced in backyard.

On the other side of the living room you'll find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second renovated full bathroom with tub and shower, and an additional guest room with a full size bed and flat screen TV. The spacious master suite has a king size bed, mounted flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and a heavenly rain shower.

Upstairs, you'll find a large loft separated into two areas by a wall (not a door). On one side you'll find a queen bed, daybed with two twin beds, and a large flat screen TV. On the other side you'll find an additional queen bed and a full newly renovated bathroom with a stand up shower.

On the basement level, you'll find our 4th and final bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom has its own entrance out to the backyard (so it is not fully underground and has good light). Outside of the bedroom, the basement also has some folding chairs and tables for games two couches and a combo mini game table set w/ Billiards, Foosball, Ping Pong, and more.

All TVs are hooked up to a Roku stick and preloaded with YouTube TV (live TV). This will have all your other standard apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. that you are welcome to log into!

We've had people put an air mattress in this space as well for a total of 8 people just upstairs! or this space can be used as another living area, there is a large TV with YouTubeTV and Netflix. The two queens are separated by a wall, not a door and one queen is on the same side of the wall as the twins.

Basement level:
Queen size bed and room for an additional 1-2 air mattresses, 2 couches, and a mini game table

Outdoor space:
We have a full patio set with seats for 6 and a grill and a spacious backyard with a privacy fence. We have two folding tables and some folding chairs for more seating in the backyard, we just ask, of course, that you are respectful to our neighbors when outside.

Our goal is to make you feel like you're staying at a friend's house!

We are happy to host bachelor and bachelorette groups, and have done so a lot, we just ask that you are respectful of our home and neighbors. You are responsible for the actions of all of your guests.

You will have access to a full kitchen, the backyard, patio, all living spaces, and grill area.

The entire space is included in this rental with the exception of one owner's closet. Please, make yourself at home.

We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing. Our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away.

We have a self check-in and check-out process.

We have maps and a list of all of our favorite bars and restaurants for you when you arrive for suggestions.

Our house is in Inglewood which is great neighborhood, it's close to all of the East Nashville attractions and downtown, with some great restaurants and shops of it's own - be sure to check out nearby Riverside Village, less than 5 minutes from our house by car. We are less then 10 minutes to Nissan Stadium (4m) and about 10-15 minutes to the heart of Broadway (5m) depending on traffic. We are about 15 minutes from the airport. Please note, we live in an up and coming area so the street we're off of isn't the prettiest in some sections, but our street is very quiet and disconnected from the busyness of the main street. We live here and I've never felt unsafe.

Close by Gallatin Rd MTA bus BRT 56 line goes downtown cheap! Also served by taxi, Lyft, and Uber.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!

We live in a very residential area with the best neighbors. We ask that you respect them and don't party outside and jeopardize our ability to airbnb by being disrespectful.

Early check in/late check out: We will always do our best to accommodate these requests, but I cannot guarantee it if we have other guests before or after. We can usually at least let you drop your bags off or leave your bags!

Uber and Lyft is super cheap and quick from our home! I provide a free code for both if you've never used it before
