I was very surprised to read your review, especially since I never received any messages from you during or after your stay about these concerns. If you had reached out, I would have addressed the issues right away to ensure your stay was comfortable. We work hard to provide a clean and welcoming space for families, and we take that responsibility seriously. Prior to your arrival, we completed a deep clean, replaced the comforters with brand new ones, and had the couches cleaned. My cleaner also sends detailed photos after each clean, which I review personally to ensure the condo is guest-ready. Since your stay was over a month ago, and this is the first time I’m hearing about any problems, it’s difficult to understand why these concerns weren’t brought to my attention sooner—especially if they were as serious as described. That said, I will still pass along your feedback to my cleaning team. Our goal is always to provide a positive, memorable experience, and I’m sorry this stay did not meet your expectations. Thank you for taking time to review our home. Your stay was back in October & you just reviewed our home. I am not sure why the long delay? I looked back over our conversations & was surprised not to find the things you mentioned in this review in our conversations other than needing more towels. There wasn't any mention of blood. We hold ourselves to a higher standard than that. I really wish you would have sent me the pictures and told me all these things when you stayed. I am not sure why you would not have done that. I, along with my cleaner, always put our guests needs first. We go above to make sure they are happy and taken care of. I really would have loved the chance to make it right if these things in fact happened. But the lack of communcition back in October during your stay didn't allow me the chance to do so. I am sorry for that as well as any inconvience you had. But again, I can't make them right unless I am told about it. I hope you and your family have a good 2024

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Sadly, you failed to mention the mess you guys left as you checked out. Blood on the toilets, & linens, & you got into our extra linen closet & used alot of things that you weren't suppose to. This caused alot of extra work on my cleaner. I did have my cleaner come back to clean the floors which they had already done before you arrived, but after you brought in a leaky cooler, & then walked through it, of course it dirtied the floors again. But I am thankful I have a great cleaning staff that jumped right on it regardless. The bunk room is all to itself just no door. The pictures reflect that. This is standard in Splash units Yes in one of our pictures unfortunately had blinds on the corner windows but no longer are there. I didn't even realize that picture showed that until after you brought it to my attention & I immediately took it down & am getting new pictures this fall/winter. So thank you for bringing it to my attention. But we have had many many guests stay with us & never have brought it up. The few tiles you are speaking of are something we are fixing this winter. We have had alot of people in and out of our home & maintenace is required every winter. We are going to take care of this issue. We do have a rug over it unless someone with you moved it to expose it. You mentioned the cold playground but you didn't come in the summer you came in the fall when temperatures have changed. It is not listed as a heated water playground. You asked me ahead of time about the locks on the sliding glass doors and I told you they were not considered child proof so there was no misleading on that. I just went back and checked to make sure I did respond back to you on that and I did. But that is something we can look into this winter during our maintenace work. I am totally fine getting reviewed and you stating "your'" opinion but please state all the true facts when doing so. We work hard to provide a place that families can come enjoy and make wonderful memories together. Just remember when booking future vacations, if you want warmer pools, water playgrounds, make sure to try coming in the summer months. I promise you they are warm then with the Florida sun. I didn't go back and charge you and your guests for the spoiled linens and extra mess you left out of being kind. I hope you appreciate that. Thank you for reviewing our home. I was waiting for you to do so because you didn't get your money back after staying at our condo the entire time you booked it. You didn't even let me know all the issues you "supposedly" had until 2 days after you were there. If I was staying somewhere and it had all the issues you claim ours did, I would reach out the first day. I do apologize for any inconveniences that you "truly" endured. My guys came within the hour to help with any issues to which didn't exist. The shower door closed, the sheet you showed him did not have any blood on it. Remember you had already been there 2 nights and had several teenage boys sleeping in there. My cleaners noticed Cheeto stains on our comforters after you left. So if the sheet had something on it, I would guess the several teenage boys you had staying there probably made the stains with food. I have to also write that we have found a lot of what you have text me and etc. have been untrue and lies which I believe was a scam to get money back. My cleaner/maintenance guys have thoroughly inspected the condo once again and there are absolutely no holes or tears in any of our linens. The bloody sheet you are referring to, and that you text to me, we found it on the google image reverse look up site. You took a picture off google images and tried to make it seem as it was our bed/sheet. We found this the day you checked out. You also told vrbo support that you left the condo early due to the problems which in fact you stayed the entire stay. You let me know you were not going to leave. The dishes you claim were dirty? My guys also have gone through the cabinets and checked them all out. Everything is clean and ready for our guests. You threatened me with bad reviews and even said it would cost me more than a bad review? You were trying hard to get money back and got angry when I didn't fall for it. My guys brought you a Longhorn dinner gift card when they first came to let you know we are on top of what we do. It was to let you know that we take complaints seriously and will fix things if they are in fact a real issue. But you let me know in your text to me that you didn't want that gift card and would not be taking it. You said you would be leaving it at the condo. My cleaners did not find that gift card in the condo so I am guessing you took it and used it. I hope you and your wonderful family enjoyed dinner on us. I take what we do very seriously. I want my guests to feel at home away from home. We do encounter issues time to time that is just part of the vacation rental business. But we try with all we have to make it right. My guys offered to remake the bed for you and to do whatever you needed. Your reply was nah I am leaving in a few days. I feel like maybe you have done this sort of thing before and its sad. We had just had guests there a few days before you checked in and they sent me a message saying they had a great time. They didn't mention any of the issues you mentioned. My cleaners/maintenance guys were in constant contact with me on this issue. I have sent them the screenshots of our conversations. They have in no way said those things to you that you claim. They take their cleaning business seriously as well. Your texts to me were threatening. I hope you don't do this to other owners. We are just trying to provide a nice space for families to come enjoy the beach and make fun memories together. We go above and beyond. I could continue to respond to your untrue review, but I hope others see the true picture here. My family and friends and other guests can't wait to get back down there and enjoy the Penthouse Condo. After my cleaning/maintenance guys left that day talking with you, they let me know that they felt you were just trying to get money back and I had the same gut feeling, so that is why I made the offer to you to leave that day and get your money back for the two other nights you had paid for. This is more than other owners might have offered. It would have given you the chance to stay somewhere else that you felt was in "better condition" I believe in doing people right and fair. We tried several ways to make that happen for you. You can't just stay in a very nice place for vacation and think it will be free. I wish it did work that way. I am sorry it didn't work out between us on our vacation rental. I hope you and your family have a wonderful rest of your spring and summer! Make lots of fun memories together...
