## Logement
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor with elevator, the apartment is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. It is located in a recent and very well-maintained residence.
It is fully equipped and has:
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- and a comfortable lounge area for relaxing after a day out.

What's more, the accommodation boasts beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a lovely terrace to enjoy them on.
It also benefits from a private outdoor parking space.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: TV, hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, oven, microwave, iron, terrace, disabled access, etc.
As well as all the essentials for a mountain holiday, such as raclette and fondue machines!
Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.

One of the assets of this accommodation is its location. It's an 8-minute walk from Briançon's old town, with its many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.
It's also halfway between the Serre-Chevalier ski resort, the Névache valley and the Montgenèvre ski resort. The Prorel gondola lift is a 5-minute drive away, or you can take the bus to the Thermier stop at the bottom of the apartment.
For day-to-day shopping, you'll find the "Sherpa" supermarket in the old town within walking distance, or the "Géant Casino" 5 minutes away by car. A bakery is just a few minutes' walk up the avenue from the apartment towards the old town.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the city's famous sights, including :
- Briançon citadel, 7 minutes' walk away;
- The Briançon ramparts, 11 minutes' walk away;
- Fort des Salettes, a 21-minute walk away;
- Parc national des Écrins, 12 minutes away by car, and many more.

A number of hiking trails are within easy walking distance of the apartment. All you need to do is put on your hiking boots!

## Emplacement
Briançon, the jewel of the French Alps, is a must-see tourist destination at the intersection of the Névache and Serre Chevalier valleys. Nestled at an altitude of over 1,300 meters, it offers breathtaking scenery, a rich historical heritage with its UNESCO-listed Vauban citadel, and numerous mountain activities, summer and winter alike. It's also on the road to the Montgenèvre ski resort and just a stone's throw from Italy.
