Charming and tastefully decorated, this lovely 42m² apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by an elevator, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a library. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

In the very heart of the charming Ménilmontant, between the cosmopolitan Belleville and the peaceful and green Père Lachaise, not very far from the musical neighbourhood of Oberkampf, this piece of the 20th arrondissement is one of the quietest and most attractive of all Paris! Eh, there is a reason why I chose to live here! Forget about your heels and put on your baskets: the possibilities of walks are endless here! Gastronomic, at the whim of the Chinese restaurants and West Indian groceries in Belleville; romantic, looking for the late Jim Morrison's grave or the very missed French Alain Bashung, in the vast, relaxing and flowered Père Lachaise Cemetery, last home of many artists, writers and poets; bucolic, like you were in the countryside while you're in Paris in the village of Charonne, near Porte de Bagnolet, etc. You won't know any more where to look or to walk in!

Here is a small example of what a day in the area could look like:
-Cozy breakfast at home because nothing is better than the baguette from the bakery down the street and the pancakes and scrambled eggs cooked by Mister
-Treasure hunt in the Père Lachaise Cemetery;-Chinese restaurant in Belleville to eat THE ravioli of Paris (Raviolis Chinois Nord-Est) or Thai in the tiny but tasty Krung Thep;
-A quick visit at the Edith Piaf Museum to feel like – according to your preferences – either La Môme or Marion Cotillard;
-A compulsive purchase of vinyl in one of the many records dealers of the neighbourhood (i.e. L'International Records), home of huge passionate;
-A gastronomic diner as we like them, washed down with a good bottle of wine, at Chatomat
-Finishing the night in music, either at La Bellevilloise or La Maroquinerie, whether you're more of a refined rock fan or a wild African rhythms one. The next day, the same but different. This time, Mrs is the pancakes' chef, and you'll stay a bit longer on the couch, dreaming about Jim Morrison. Oh, this place will Light Your Fire for sure!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Porte de Bagnolet, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport are about a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
