- Pool Access: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Friday–Sunday only (no weekday access).
- Façade Repairs: Starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Late Check-In Penalty: Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours.
This is not an early check-in upgrade, it applies only when arrival happens outside standard check-in window.
- Luggage Store: To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer preferred pricing with Bounce, a secure luggage storage service located just a 4-minute walk from the building, ideal for early arrivals or late departures.
Note: Bounce does not operate 24/7 and has specific opening hours. Please keep this in mind when planning drop-off or pick-up.

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.
Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.
We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.
You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
