Located only steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic ocean and the wonderful family friendly Litchfield Beach, this lovely and spacious three bedroom, two bath, one level condominium, which was completely remodeled in January 2014, offers everything you would want in a vacation home and is located at Sandpiper Run in Litchfield by the sea. From the moment you exit the elevator, walk around the corner and open the front door, you become aware of that upscale tasteful decorations and inviting living and dining areas, with fully equipped, renovated kitchen. Adjacent to the living area, a balcony awaits where you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze or catch some rays while you read a favorite book. Down the hall, you’ll find two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own sink/vanity, and share a full bath. ** please note that the shared bath was completely remodeled in the fall of 2018.**. At the end of the hallway, the third bedroom, the master suite, features a comfortable king size bed, private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a balcony with an amazing view of the Atlantic ocean and Litchfield Beach. The Sandpiper run community amenities include wireless Internet, elevators, pool, cabana, miles a beautiful beach, saltwater fishing lakes, tennis and walking/biking paths.

** bedroom 2 features two double beds and one twin bed with pillow top mattresses, vanity with sink, another TV and DVD player.

** bedroom 3 is the beautiful master suite with a king bed (purchased in 2021) featuring a pillow top mattress, private bath, TV, DVD player and a sliding door leading to a private balcony overlooking the ocean where you’ll be able to relax, sip your morning coffee and unwind.

I would agree with the other reviews about the location being great, the condo being clean, and also being well stocked especially in the kitchen and with beach gear. However, I would not recommend renting this property. The AC did not work when we arrived and after an uncomfortable night, we spent the next day waiting for the repairman to fix it. On our last day there, one of our children put a heavy beach towel on a towel rack in the bathroom and the screws started to pull out of the drywall on one side since they weren't screwed into a stud or attached with wall anchors. We just took the towel off and pushed the screws back in. The Monday after we got back I was told I was being charged my deposit for the towel rack. I explained what happened and the owner questioned the honesty of my story and then charged me a portion of the deposit anyway. Very unfortunate considering all they needed to do was get a couple plastic wall anchors and the problem was fixed. Definitely do not recommend dealing with this owner.

Wonderful , comfortable, extra special views, absolutely everything we needed. This is our second visit, and we hope to come back again!!!

Sandpiper Run B-2H

We loved the unit. It was spacious for our family of 7! The kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed. We were there in March so we did not use the pool or any other amenities besides the walking paths. It was close to other sights near Pawley’s Island. I would recommend this unit to anyone interested in staying at Litchfield by the Sea.

Weekend Getaway

The location of this condo was PERFECT. From easily accessing the beach, to golf courses and even a short 20 min drive north to Myrtle area, the location of this property was PERFECT. The condo itself was IMMACULATELY clean and very spacious with all the amenities. The directions and instructions for getting to the condo, and checking in were well communicated and easy to understand. Absolutely a all around 5-star experience with the booking and the host...THANK YOU!!!!

I (Hailey) grew up in Greenville, SC and we always came to the Litchfield / Pawleys area for vacations as a child. As we started to look at the perfect beach getaway for our family, we immediately thought of Litchfield by the Sea. Our oldest son has cerebral palsy and we knew we wanted to be close to a handicap accessible boardwalk. Sandpiper Run Building B was the perfect location!

We welcome guests that want to treat our special place as their own. Please feel free to use the beach wheelchair in the beach closet for any of your party that may benefit from it. We do ask that it is used with care as we depend on it to get our son to and from the beach. We hope you will visit and stay with us. We know you will love it as much as we do.
