Living room will have a 55 inch Smart TV as well

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:

1. What brings you into town?

2. How many people will be staying at the home?

3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?





Please note this home does NOT have a fenced in backyard, if you will bring a pet. We do charge an additional $150 deep cleaning fee for pets (per reservation). Pets must be disclosed to us and pre-approved prior to booking. Dogs only.



Ring Cameras placed on the exterior of the property.



We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.



$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system



Golf cart in garage is not for guest use.
