Very pleasant villa, well-maintained, equipped and decorated to provide comfort and serenity to its occupants. It is located in a true green setting within a quiet residence 300 metres from the beach and a few minutes from the town centre of the famous seaside resort of Saint François.

Layout of the villa: it has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed), 2 bathrooms (one with WC), a living room with sleeping area (sofa bed) for 2 people, 1 separate WC, loggia, equipped kitchen, terrace, garden, indoor parking and private swimming pool.



Air conditioning: yes in each room.



Kitchen equipment: induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.



Multimedia equipment: television (local digital terrestrial TV channels), hi-fi system, telephone, internet via Wi-Fi (fibre).



Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, mosquito nets, hair dryer, safe, charcoal barbecue.



Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, capacity of 2000 litres in case of cuts.



Swimming pool: yes, beautiful chlorinated pool (5x8m and depth from 0.90 to 1.70m with a gentle slope) with its sun loungers and child safety alarm.



Garden/terrace: a large 40 m² terrace overlooks the swimming pool and the 500 m² garden, which has a barbecue and garden furniture. Hibiscus hedge around the garden, no overlooking neighbours.



Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.



Associated services: upon your arrival, rum, fresh water, and fruits will await you. Possibility with supplement of a housekeeping service and connection with catering service.



Please note:

This villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

-Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (ANCV vouchers accepted) except in the case of booking via Airbnb.

-Please consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance

-A guarantee deposit of 800 euros (cheque not cashed) is required upon entry into the premises and returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.

-A cleaning fee of 70 euros (debited by cheque or cash) must be provided upon entry into the premises.

-Tourist tax to be paid at booking of 5% of the amount capped at 4€/night/adult (except for bookings via Airbnb which include it in the total price).

-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
