Great location for a “home base” to visit other island sites from. The place was clean and neat and well maintained. Fell in love with Bobby V’s Italian restaurant that you could walk too along with other shops and restaurants near by. Totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Wonderful ocean view condo

Loved our stay here! Perfect location can see and hear ocean and walking distance to everything! Great condo for a couple had everything we needed only thing that could have improved is the musty smell but you’re on the beach right!

Kauai dream

Nice unit that is super clean and organized. The grounds of the property are beautiful and the beach is really great. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pool bar also. Centrally located to everything on Kauai. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely happy with our stay

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights over the Labor Day long weekend and had a blast. The unit is very clean, you can see/hear the beach from your lanai and utilize the pool/hot tub facilities. Also, the location was fantastic making it easy for day trips to either the north or south shores. We would definitely visit again. Thanks!

Perfect location for everything you would want to do and see on Kauai! Condo was clean and well taken care of and had a great view of the ocean and beach from the lanai. Great deal on an ideally located studio!

My son & I found the studio to be well sized for us...feels bigger than it is. Lovely ocean view from the lanai & small kitchen has just enough appliances. Right near the shops & restaurants of coconut marketplace so after a day of exploring you can eat a decent meal without having to get back in the car. Check in process super clear, easy & we enjoyed our stay.

Islander on the Beach #257 Kapaa, Kauai

Great sized condo that was perfect for my husband and I. Mini kitchen had everything we needed. Also the location of the property was handy for getting groceries as well as venturing out to Historic Kapaa. Property and grounds are well kept. We had a few questions and the owners were easy and quick to get in contact with, very accommodating.

Relaxing stay

Wonderful relaxing stay at a quiet beach location. Well equipped studio, with everything we needed, and more. Thanks for the little touches like snorkel gear and cooler. We gave the little toaster oven and microwave a work out and saved money for the splurges on dinners out. Coconut Marketplace was perfect for the walking distance strolls for supplies or souvenirs. We loved sitting on the deck with coffee, listening to the waves and enjoying the view.

We will be back !!!!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. We were on the beach every morning watching the sunrise, one morning and monk seal came by to say hi. Having never been to Kauai before I can say with certainty we will be back and will stay here again. It's centrally located between the north and south sides of the island. So much to see and so little time.

Beautiful beach studio condo perfect for two

We loved the studio condo in a well kept resort. I don't usually care for resorts but this was a quiet , beautiful grounds , near town, golf course, and a perfect beach for sunning and swimming. We barbaqued stacks one night on the grill. The owners were very pleasant and easy toco muni ate with and the price was good. I can't say enough how perfect it was for us. Thanks for sharing your piec of paradise with us.

Great location, excellent value

If you enjoy sleeping to the sound of the waves, this is for you. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The condo is clean, in very good condition. Plan to visit the beach restaurant right next door, and the fish market restaurant near the front of the complex; we recommend them both. We found parking easiest in the back lot of the Coconut Marketplace, where your permit is also good. The owners provide excellent instructions and are very helpful.

Great Location wonderful amenities

Great location and all the extras was a huge plus! Cooler, beach chairs, kitchenette, etc. The coconut marketplace was also really nice to have right next door! Only con was the bed and parking. The bed was incredibly soft which we are used to something more firm and the sheets wouldn't stay on, and since there is Trees Lounge right there parking at night time could get difficult. Overall we had a great time! Mahalo for sharing your condo with us!

Solo Trip in Paradise

I decided to venture out on my own, and what a great trip! This studio rental is the perfect location, it was very clean and had all the amenities promised. It even had a couple of snorkeling sets, therefore I didn't have to rent for the week. In the evening the pool, and Jacuzzi were clean and a great place to meet people from all over the US and globally to share stories of the days adventures. Being a solo traveler, I would recommend it to anyone ! Thank you Jeff and Danise !

Just what we wanted!

My husband and I feel the studio was as advertised and the perfect place for our first visit to Kauai. Great view from balcony of beach which was better than some of the others we visited. After an evening swim, so nice to walk to the pool to rinse off then to the studio for nice hot shower. Plenty of space in the studio to relax after a day of seeing the beautiful sights. The studio and grounds of the complex are well maintained Communication with the owners was prompt and informative. We adjusted to how things were in Kauai and found the good in this amazing place!!

Perfect for Us

This condo really contributed to our enjoyment of Kauai. It was clean, and comfortable. We were able to see the ocean from the lanai, spend evenings on a beach that borders the complex and indulge in a lovely pool and hot tub. The location was an ideal base from which to explore the island. There is shopping nearby, some of it only a short walk away. Since the complex is also shared by hotel guests as well as permanent residents there is a low keyed resort atmosphere to this place which was a plus for us. We will recommend this condo to friends and family should they be able to visit Kauai and will hope to stay here again if we are able to return.

Absolutely wonderful!!

The room was exactly as advertised. It was clean, we'll kept and quiet. The air conditioning is wonderful to come into after being out by the pool or beach. The memory foam mattress slept great and was also much appreciated as neither of the properties we stayed at on the other islands had a comfortable bed. The bathroom is roomy with a large vanity and the adjustable shower head is awesome. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone without hesitation. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. They replied to every message in a very timely manner, usually in a matter of minutes. Thank you, Mitch & Lorrie P.

It's a cozy studio right by the ocean. You can see and hear the waves!

This studio condo is well equipped for a comfortable stay by the ocean. The kitchenette was surprisingly spacious with toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker. The queen bed was very comfortable. There is a sofa bed, but I would not recommend for adults, maybe for kids it would be okay. So, over all, comfortable, convenient to restos and shopping, and right next to the ocean! Love Islander on the Beach! Danice and Jeff were quickly responsive to my questions. Thanks for the opportunity to spend my month in paradise in your condo. I will return! Mahalo.

Kapaa holiday

All was quite good once we found the silverware and the bath tub mat. Nice location and the room was clean and fairly well stocked. A colander and a couple sharp knives and possibly a knife sharpener would be an improvement. The tub mat was not out in an obvious location and the tub bottom has what appears to be a non-slip texture. Therefore, I was in the shower and slipped, I fell out of the shower on to the floor and bashed my head requiring a trip to the emergency room to get stapled up. Afterwards we searched for a bath mat and found it rolled up and tucked away under the sink. I’m OK, but it could have been worse, I could have easily broken bones. It might be a good idea to put the bath mat in an obvious, visible location so that people don’t think the tub bottom is slip free. Once we used the bath mat, no more injuries occurred.😎Will

direkter Meerzugang und Meerblick vom Balkon.

Wir waren Ende Oktober fĂŒr 5 NĂ€chte in diesem Condo und haben es sehr genossen. Es ist super gelegen und bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein paar Schritte entfernt findet man bereits den Sandstrand und es waren immer Liegen frei um perfekt entspannen zu können. Der Strand war nicht ĂŒberlaufen und wir konnten sogar des Öfteren im Meer baden. Ein Schnorchelset steht zur VerfĂŒgung und auch StrandhandtĂŒcher findet man in der Unterkunft vor. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zu grillen und auch einem Sprung in den Pool steht nichts im Wege. An der Sandbar beim Pool gibt es jeden Tag happy Hour von 15.00-18.00 Uhr ;) Generell war es sehr ruhig und angenehm, man muss also keine TouristenschwĂ€rme befĂŒrchten. In der nĂ€heren Ungebung befinden sich diverse GeschĂ€fte wo man alles bekommt was man brauch. (Coffeeshop, Apotheke, SupermĂ€rkte) Unser FrĂŒhstĂŒck haben wir jeden Tag auf dem traumhaften Balkon eingenommen. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und auf die Anlage, hat also alles im Blick ;) Kommen gerne wieder hierher.
