Hi Candace, While we anticipated this poor review based on your voicing that you would do so if we did not provide a refund, we are very disappointed. You had requested to cancel prior to arrival, which we declined, & informed you you'd need travel insurance if a refund was a requirement. We also inform guests prior to arrival in our listing, booking message, and house rules that we have one parking space-this is very transparent & not something that we can change. During your stay you admitted that your group experienced the door lock flashing red at you, which you ignored until the battery died. We had a team member there to assist within 20 minutes (very early in the morning) and a locksmith within 30. Your formal request to stay your entire trip, have a full refund, along with asking us to pay for your charter that you chose to skip was one of the most wild requests we've ever had. We went above & beyond to assist you, and our team members were not treated with respect during that time. We would highly recommend reading a listing before booking to know the actual details of a property for any future travels. We would not choose to host your group again.
