Cypress Breeze offers an impressive 14K square foot tropical resort swimming pool with waterfalls. The gleaming blue waters of the beach at Santa Rosa are 1 mile away.

This home features 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms, a den with a queen murphy bed, 3.5 bathrooms, an upscale gourmet kitchen, a gorgeous large living area and dining room, a covered back deck and front porch; there is enough room for the whole family to relax and unwind and enjoy a perfect beach trip. The home is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle that is expected along the shores of 30A. With all new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight! A gorgeous white kitchen with stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a full pantry are just the beginning. The living room is sunny and spacious, and features a large flat panel television and cushy seating. The dining area offers seating for eight guests. The back and front porch invites you to slow down and sit awhile and for your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary wifi. All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind.

This property is not available to adults Under the age of 25. No smoking or pets in the home. No exceptions.

To rent this property you will be required to sign a renter's agreement and a golf cart liability waiver.

NOTE: You must be 25 to book and stay at this property, smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed under any circumstances other than a service animal required due to a disability.

Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
