Our stay was over Spring Break for our kids. The home was generally clean, although it had a sense that the previous people “destroyed” it. The outdoor space was excellent, allowing us to watch TV or play a bags tournament. The garage game room was also a hit as the kids enjoyed the games and play area. Unfortunately, the pool was essentially useless for our stay as we had to add water, and it lacked a heater. This was the biggest negative for us as our kids would have enjoyed the home so much more.
The kitchen table and chairs are terrible, with many chairs broken and uncomfortable to sit in. The kitchen lacks general cookware making it more challenging to cook at night. We VRBO’d over hoteling it as we enjoy cooking our evening meal. The showers are very touchy and can turn hot quickly, so we had to make sure we set them for our kids.
We learned not to book a place at the end of March in Arizona unless it has a pool heater.
