Wonderful condo, watchdog owner

Condo was perfectly supplied with all sorts of cookware and even bakeware if that’s your thing. Great location with small view of the Gulf. Easy access to restaurants and groceries. 10-15 minute drive to Harborwalk. Public beach access right across the street. Comfortably furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub and pool were just a very short walk away. Venture Found rental company was very responsive on my first day when the ice maker wouldn’t work, had it fixed within hours. All that being said beware of being watched and scrutinized by the owner. Big brother is watching. I got both a phone message and text message that the owner “happened” to drive by and notice I had left the door to the patio open and that was not allowed with the air conditioner running. I had turned off the AC because it was only 74 degrees outside and I like the fresh air and Gulf breeze. I was chastised and scolded. Because the owner “happened” to drive by. From then on I felt watched and stalked. Very uncomfortable for a woman alone. Shame on the owner for trying to micromanage the rental company and renter. And to criticize without knowing the full story. So, great condo as long as you don’t mind being watched for infractions or violations by the owner and being scolded for what is seen. If they are so concerned they might as well just live in the condo themselves.

Nice location, quiet area and clean!

This condo was nice. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfy. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the patio. We never made it to the pool but it looked nice also. The only thing I wish we had during our stay was a broom and dust pan for the sand that was tracked in.

Loved the location and the access to the beach, which was literally across the street. Close to any type of store should a need arise. Loved the area and the condo.
