At Pirates’ Paradise, we recognize the unusual times we’re experiencing and the anxiety it can create when making plans to travel. To make your vacation planning less stressful, we offer a flexible refund policy, and we follow the latest government guidelines for the highest quality cleaning before every guest arrives and after they depart.

The large first floor TV room/bedroom/common room can sleep up to six on its two comfy queen sectionals with memory foam mattresses and trundle bed. There is plenty of lounging room for all of your party staying here. A large coffee table with lift-up top makes a great place to put your feet up and watch the game, play some board games, or work a puzzle.


The laundry room has TWO washers with sanitize cycles and TWO dryers to make quick work of your laundry needs. Unscented detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your use, if needed.

The full bath with roomy stand-up shower rounds out the first floor amenities.

In the garage, there is a smaller scale pool table, and there are two wire dog crates available, ready for you to add your bedding.

The first set of stairs takes you to the second floor, where you’ll find three choices for bedrooms, plus access to the hot tub. The first bedroom is a queen w/full ensuite bath, double vanity, and separate tub/toilet enclosure. Full sliding doors open to the hot tub on the deck. Down the hall, the second queen has sliding door balcony access and shares the hall bathroom. Finally, the third room, in addition to the queen bed, includes bunk beds, a standard crib, and a pack and play to make this a true Family Suite. In the hallway right next door, a full bath (tub/shower in enclosed space), and double sinks makes vacationing with the kids a breeze.

On the third floor, the living room, with stunning ocean views and access to the 3rd floor deck, is an open, comfortable place for your group to gather for ocean gazing, whale watching, television viewing, or relaxed chatting. There’s a beautiful ocean view through the large sliding door, expansive windows and a view of the beach from the living room and the deck. The deck includes seating for 8-10 and a charcoal BBQ grill.

The kitchen has been the site of many food-centered family gatherings. It has expansive counter-top space to accommodate multiple cooks, and a gas range in the island. The electric wall-mounted oven and microwave round out the cooking appliances. Our top-of-the-line dishwasher has a sanitize cycle to ensure your dishes are not only washed, but also sanitized. The dishes and glassware are plentiful, so even if you have a group of 12, you won’t have to wash dishes before your next meal. We have ample cutlery and wide variety of cooking and baking utensils. The dining table seats 8 comfortably in the open dining area; adding the extra leaf gives you space for at least 2 more. Also, the bar at the kitchen island seats 5 comfortably, giving a variety of seating choices.

In the hall is a common half bath.

The final bedroom in the home is located here. It is the main queen w/full ensuite, large garden tub, large stand-up shower and toilet in an enclosed space, and double vanity. This bedroom also has access to a small private balcony through a sliding door. There is a view of the ocean and the beach from the balcony, and lovely ocean sounds serenade you to sleep if you leave the door open just a bit at night. The main bedroom also houses an iron and board, high chair, as well as folding chairs and a vacuum. There is an overhead fan to cool the room when it gets extra warm.
