Enjoy a getaway with your family less than 1 1/2 hour from New York. This double unit cottage includes 3 bedrooms , 2 3/4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 family rooms and 2500 sq ft private grass fenced in garden with huge deck to just chill. Just minutes to the famous action-packed boardwalk, Casino Pier amusement park, waterpark and the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Sleeps 8 people. It is best suited for family groups with young children, teenagers or in laws/ No proms or large groups of adults intending to party please. Please note some attractions are seasonal.
Brogan Cottage is nestled by the Barnegat Bay in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. This is a 2 unit cottage that allows you to entertain in-laws, family or just give the kids their separate space. We welcome well behaved pets. All rooms have smart TVs, air conditioned bedrooms and it is truly a 1950s cape cod style cottage that we have kept true to its history with traditional furnishings and revival of all Seaside Heights historical glory.

The 1st floor has a parlor with fireplace, 2 bedrooms (1 queen & bunks with trundle), 3/4 bath with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

The 2nd floor "the boardwalk Suite" has a separate entrance by stairs from the garden. It has a modern retro kitchen, the sky lounge that can sleep an additional 2 people or be the fun room with fuzz ball/table tennis, multi play table, big screen TVs, Xbox, tons of games and movies. It also has its own 3/4 bathroom with shower and a nice size bedroom with queen bed. Light just flows through this space.

Brogan Cottage is 1,000 square foot.

The fenced in 50’x50’ garden has a huge outdoor shower. It is heavenly set among a pine tree. Let the kiddies play on the trampoline, basketball, reconnect and play games creating family memories. There is a fire pit for evening gatherings and smores. The shed full of amenities, like two 26’’ beach bikes, fishing rods, crab cages, croquet, beach chairs and buggy, darts, balls, extra tables and camping beds should you want to take an adventure to island state park or set it up under the stars. Stroller and high chair ready first use.

It is 2 minute walk to amazing nightly sunsets over barnegat bay, explore the beach (especially at low tide), whichever direction you walk, there is a playground. Go fishing, crabing, or for those more adventurous, take advantage of boat rentals and water sports available at Dock Outfitters. While you are there grab a bite to eat overlooking the tranquil views and rustic pier. Bike Ride or hike on Island State Park trail.

4 beach badges are included and kids under 13 are free. For guest day or weekly passes can be bought on the broadwalk. Two off street parking spots at the house and there is free street parking for any visitors you may receive.

A mere 4 blocks and you find your self on the famous Jersey shore boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. No matter what time of year this is a gem especially for kids with lucky Leo’s open all year round. Casino pier offers amusements like bumper cars and rides for all ages and preferences. mini golf, race cars and Breakwater waterpark with lots of quaint stores. Romantics will love the long walks along the ocean. Parents will love the fun filled activities and family vibe. Summer months, there are movies and live bands on the beach.

Great restaurants are lined up. Our favorite is Klees, a family orientated Irish place. There is no end to food on the the boardwalk.

Take a short drive up the coast to the aquarium in Point Pleasant or south to Atlantic City or Cape May.

No matter what your age.. you will create some awesome memories at Brogan Cottage. We trust you will treat our cottage as your own home.
