Located close to many popular restaurants, bars, golf courses, shopping complexes and fun lake activities. Fishing off docks is allowed!

Close to pool

Our family of 5, along with our extended family (sister and brother in law) had a great stay here. It was close to the pool and the beds were comfy. It was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

I love staying here!

Lake of the Ozarks is an annual destination. We've bounced around to a couple of locations before finding this gem. This year, I didn't even look at other options. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds and furniture, tastefully decorated, and one of the best views I can ever imagine waking up to! I almost hate to give such a good review because I want to keep the secret to myself!

This property is well stocked, clean, and in the perfect location. It is close to the marina, so we were able to rent a boat and jet skis very easily. The pools are private and have lots of space and the perfect spot to boat watch at sunset. The condo itself is very spacious and was stocked w/ plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and kitchen supplies. We will most definitely be back!

Awesome condo with a great location for family fun! Everything we had hoped for from the beautiful lake views off the deck and pool to a spacious and very clean space for all our needs. owner Paige was wonderful and available for any questions we had. I think we found our missouri hideaway spot for our next trip to the Ozarks!!

We stayed here over Fourth of July weekend and it was the perfect way to spend the holiday! The condo was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with anything we could have needed! We spent a lot of time in the pool with our littles and it was the perfect temperature. The views were fabulous and we also had a great view of fireworks!

Friends getaway.

Four high school friends from 1975 spent a few days taking advantage of the beautiful views of the lake from the clean sparkling pool. This condominium had full windows that also looked directly onto the lake. The screened in deck allowed us to spend a lot of time in the evenings sitting out with no bugs. Very easy to find, the complex was incredibly clean and quiet. The unit was designed well - nice furniture and very comfortable. It was one of the best places we have ever been to! We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Location

The condo is right on the lake with a beautiful view everyday! The complex is away from the city so it quiet most mornings except for the boating traffic. We enjoyed the wooded area and wildlife all around. The communication with Paige was excellent and I never felt concerned about the stay. She made sure all my questions were answered. We would definitely stay there again if needed.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

We were looking for a nice stay within reach of bars & activities, and that’s exactly what we found. Conveniently located at MM 22-23, you are minutes away by boat or car to the most popular LTO hot spots. The condo is perfectly decorated and wonderfully stocked and even has with an under the sink ice maker. Plenty of room with both king size bedrooms on the bottom floor so no noise from neighbors. Beautiful views and fun boat watching during the day and evenings. Paige is amazing, communication was on point, and I would definitely stay there again.

My best friend and I took our adult girls to the lake for the weekend. Paige was the best!! She made sure we had everything we needed and stayed in communication. I so appreciated that! Great Family Vacation Spot

The view of this property is spectacular! Located in what we felt to be a quiet cove. If you have a boat this is perfect. Docks right in the water. Pool area is large and overlooks the lake. We were able to get everywhere we needed in a short amount of time whether we went to Camdenton or Osage Beach. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The only downfall was we expected 2 queen beds in one of the rooms, but there were two twins. I would recommend this rental over and over again to anyone looking to stay at the lake.

Perfect family getaway

Of all the places we could have gone, we chose this vacation destination. We started looking for a place to meet our needs, space and chosen amenities. Paige was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday weekend. She was in communication with us, making sure we were comfortable. Prior to arriving, she sent us info on all activities we could enjoy together in the area. That deemed very helpful. The condo was perfect for the family with everyone having their own space when we weren't out and about. The pool was refreshing, eateries close, either by water taxi or short drive and always something fun to do. In all, the family and especially my husband had a grand time. We were all happy we had a comfortable place to unwind and get rested for our next adventures and can't wait to return.

Nice Place but Definitely needs Updating

Overall our stay was good. We loved the outdoor pool and could get to a few fun places by car or Uber easily. Unfortunately water taxis are all on the other side of the lake which was a bummer that we couldn’t get one. We used the screened patio a ton and loved that we had a good amount of space to all spread out. We did not find the place to be very clean, and believe a cleaning crew came right before we arrived. We found a used bandage on the living room floor along with gum wrappers, a lot of food pieces all over the living room, kitchen and balcony patio, and the bathrooms were far from clean. While I know carpet can be difficult to keep clean, the stairs and bottom bedroom carpets need to either be deep cleaned or replaced.

I've been coming to Lake of the Ozarks since I was a young child. Some of my best memories are from family vacations on the lake. I hope that our guests can relax and make their own lake memories during their stay!

Bay Point Village Condos has something to offer for everyone. For families with children, the convenient location is near mini golf, water parks, horse back riding, bowling, arcades, and more! Plus, kids can enjoy splashing in the pools and fishing off the docks. Additionally, there's an on-site playground.

For adults, the condo is near many restaraunts and bars by land and water. Shopping is near by, as well as golf courses and wineries. The lakeside pool has plenty of sun chairs to relax, catch some sun, cool off in the pool, and watch boats speed by. Guests may fish off complex docks.
