This one bed, one bathroom fully furnished apartment in Belmont is minutes from Charlottesville's Downtown Mall and UVA Hospital. This is an excellent option for monthly stays or longer, perfect for traveling healthcare workers and professionals for a home-base while in Charlottesville.

Southern Luxury Apartment is one of seven fully renovated apartments located in the Belmont Farmhouse, just 1 block from downtown Belmont. This fully furnished first floor apartment offers one bed, one bath, a living area and full kitchen. This is an excellent location on a quiet street just minutes away from the area's best restaurants (MAS, The Local, Tavola, Belle, Conmole, Southern Crescent, Lampo, and Bar Tomas) and a 10 minute walk to Charlottesville's Downtown Mall. Southern Luxury is an "extended stay" rental with a minimum night stay of 30 days. Please contact Guesthouses to book this furnished monthly rental.

The Southern Luxury Apartment has been renovated from top to bottom while maintaining the historic charm of the house originally built in the 1800s. This includes original heart pine floors, plaster walls, 9' ceilings, and large windows that give this apartment classic southern charm. These elements, paired with modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, make this suite an excellent home base for your trip. The large, landscaped yard on this oversized city lot makes the house feel extra private. Vegetable garden beds sprawl throughout the yard and are shared with the neighbors and local restaurants.

Access to this ground-floor suite is gained through the front door/ shared foyer of the house. There is a shared laundry room in the building for all guests.

This apartment is pet friendly for up to one dog with a $75/month pet fee, with prior approval from Guesthouses.

Great spot

Had a lovely stay, super close to downtown Belmont and easy to get to downtown mall. Finding street parking wasn’t an issue for me, highly recommend for a weekend getaway

The space is beautiful, great location, the people who rent it all wonderful communicators and available.The bathroom needed some cleaning, the dishes and pot and pans were dirty, the couch had wears and tears in it, and the front door had a crack in it on the left side. Again, location was fantastic, the space was great, and the renters were easy to reach.

Cozy Charlottesville Weekend Stay

We appreciated it was easy to check in, had ample street parking, was clean, and big enough for 2 people to spend a weekend together. Bed was comfortable and spacious. The TV was conveniently set up with multiple streaming services. We were walking distance to top quality restaurants. The host was pretty responsive to our questions about checking in. Would stay again!

Great little place

Nice place with plenty of space for two people. Very clean and the bed is huge. Excellent location with everything no more than a short drive away. Not a big fan of street parking but i was able to find a parking spot either directly in front of the unit or very close by.
