It's all about relaxing & enjoying each other. The home is set up for small & big kids. Perfect location to go hiking, mountain biking, river tubing, shopping, site seeing, local wine tasting or to spend fall days picking apples at nearby orchards.

GENERAL: Washer & dryer, laundry detergent, towels/linens, free WiFi, 2 hair dryers, central heating & air conditioning, ceiling fans
PARKING: Paved Driveway and parking pad (4+ vehicles)
STAIRS: 3 Stairs to get on the front porch. 3 Stairs to enter through the side porch.
PETS: Pet friendly with fee (paid pre-trip, dogs only, max 2 allowed) $50 pet fee and all dogs must be house trained and over 18 months old. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone, and to pick up after them in the yard.
SMOKING: No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/open flames.
ROADS: Flat easy roads to home. The last 0.5 a mile is on a privately maintained gravel road. Home located at the end of a cul-de-sac of a local neighborhood that is spaced out.
TRASH: There is a black trashcan on the side of the house. Housekeeping will take away at checkout. If staying for an extended stay or have a lot of trash we ask that guest take it to Gilmer Landfill Scale House less than 2 miles from home. Its a $1 a bag to drop off.
MOTORCYCLES: Yes, we have parking for your trailers. Roads are all paved except the last 1/4 of a mile which is hard packed gravel. Our driveway slopes up and levels off at the top to plenty of flat parking.

Home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac of a local neighborhood. It is within 5 min. to downtown and about 10min to the local Walmart.
Home is on a privately maintained road that is gravel for less than half a mile.

We are available by app, text or phone. I do silance my phone at 9p.m. If you are going to be checking in later than that I ask that you let me know.

Our home is in a local neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. We are only 2.9 miles from downtown Ellijay and a quick 18 miles to Blue Ridge. Our roads are flat and easy to navigate. We also have a large paved driveway.

Plenty of parking! Paved driveway with side parking area. Driveway has an unpaved portion that loops around if needed as well.

Do not add any additional chemicals or bubbles to the hot tub.

Use of hot tub is permitted at your own risk.

If reservation is canceled during refundable period, a 4% credit card processing fee will be charged.

If bringing pets $50 Pet fee required. Limit 2 pets per stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Notify us prior to check-in.
