Semiahmoo Spit is a peninsula, conveniently situated between Blaine and Birch Bay - ten minutes off the I-5. The Blue Heron Cottage has the luxury of being away from the busy-ness of town While still having close access to world class golf, restaurants and cultural activities.

The Semiahmoo Resort and Spa is a few minutes drive from the cottage. All the luxury you want awaits, along with great food and drinks. From the resort you can take a ride on the M/V Plover during the summer and arrive in Blaine to explore that border town.

Walking on the beach is the best thing! Short drive to local towns. Parking is on the property only.

We suggest picking up groceries on your way to Semiahmoo - once you get here, you won't want to leave! If you prefer to have your groceries, or something special in the house upon your arrival, guests may order concierge service as a separate amenity from this booking by contacting the host after booking or going to PNW Concierge on the internet. Other services and amenities are available as well, including during stay housekeeping, and a personal chef service!

A Rental Agreement regarding the home is required to be signed by the guest on the booking before the cancellation period ends. The agreement will be sent to you through the booking platform upon booking.
The home is not child-proofed - there are no covers on the outlets, or locks on cabinets containing cleaning products, etc. You are responsible for taking precautions to keep your children safe.
The property has easy access to the beach and the Semiahmoo Bay (body of water,) please keep your children within sight distance.
In respect of our neighbors we ask for quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Please note that noise travels easily and far around water.
Our good neighbor policy is in the documents we send prior to your arrival, please read and adhere to them.
Only guests listed on the booking are permitted at the home unless prior approval by Whatcom Concierge (this includes both daytime and nighttime visitors.)
