Comfort and style come together on the middle level where you can kick-back in the great room to warm up by the cozy glow of the gas fireplace. Carmel Sunday makes mealtimes a breeze with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to make your family's favorite dishes. Get-together at the dining table for great food and linger long after the dishes are cleared for even better conversation. There's an outdoor dining area and gas grill too when you are in the mood for a cookout on the deck. There is half bath on this floor for your convenience.

At the end of a fun-filled day, retire to the roomy primary suite on this level that has lovely wood accents, a king bed, and a TV. In addition to a shower stall, your private bath has a jetted tub that will leave you totally relaxed.

Head to the upper level where you will find the rec room. It has doors that open to a balcony that offers scenic views, plenty of sunshine, and a spot for stargazing. You can break out the board games at the card table while you watch TV. This is a great "hang-out" spot for the kids, and they will love having a place to call their own. For families that need more sleeping space, this room is outfitted with a bunk bed and two twin beds.

There are also two well-appointed bedrooms on the upper level along with a full bath. Both are furnished with TVs. One has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. Decorated with a good night's sleep in mind, you are sure to wake up refreshed.

Let the good times roll in the cheery lower level family room, which includes a pool table, a gas fireplace, a TV, and a half bath. Doors open to the patio where you can take a soothing soak in the bubbling hot tub any time you please.

Rounding out the sleeping quarters, the lower level has two bedrooms furnished with queen beds that are connected by a Jack N Jill bath.

Partially surrounded by trees, the large yard gives you lots of room for outdoor fun. It is decked out with horseshoe pits, tetherball, and a disc golf cage. In the evening, grab the marshmallows and head to the outdoor fire pit for s'mores and spooky stories.

Your community lake access is within walking distance from your doorstep. The quiet cove location is great for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. Bring a boat or rent one locally to take advantage of your dock slip. You can spend sunny days cruising the lake's miles of shoreline.

Located off-the-beaten-path, you are still within an easy ten-minute drive from restaurants, marinas, a market, mini golf, and more. Be sure to add a trip to Swallow Falls State Park to your itinerary. The stunning scenery includes three amazing waterfalls that can be reached via hiking trails. The photo-ops are endless.

A fifteen-minute drive will take you to Wisp Resort. They are well-known for a wide variety of recreational activities. You can golf at two different courses, take the kids snow tubing, try out the zipline, take a thrilling ride on the mountain coaster, or ski on miles of challenging trails. On top of the mountain, the Adventure Sports Center offers guided white water rafting trips on their manmade river.

For a more leisurely experience, visit the small towns that surround the lake. Oakland's historic downtown had three museums and unique eateries and shops. June through October, you can pick up farm fresh veggies, meat, and baked goods at the Mountain Fresh Farmer's Market.

Numerous state parks make the Deep Creek Lake area ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. You can swim at a sandy beach, hike to scenic overlooks, mountain bike on rugged terrain, fish in a quiet lake, or cross country ski in a pristine forest.
