The Beachhouse is the ultimate beach front retreat summer getaway . The Beachhouse consist of four private newly renovated modern apartments and tastefully furnished. The backyard is waterfront with a private beach (shared with other guests) that has a tropical feel with multiple sitting/BBQ areas with fire pits, BBQ smoker, gas grills, gazebo ,water toys, Kayaks, picnic tables, and outdoor shower.

Note: The apartment is up one flight of stairs and Approximate SQ feet 350-400

The Apartment # 1 features:
self check -in
1 Bedroom - Queen bed (sheets,pillows,blankets)
1 Bath- (shower gel, bar soap,shampoo,towels,iron,hair dryer)
Kitchen ( fully equipped) staples ( salt,pepper, oil, etc)
futon (full size bed) ( sitting area) for the extra 3rd person if needed
dinning table ( seats 4)
flat screen tv ( cable tv- netflix)
high speed wifi internet access (throughout the property)
beach chairs / umbrella / beach towels
2- Kayaks with (life jackets and paddles)
bikes (beach cruisers and road bike)

Driveway is for pickup and dropoff only. there is free street parking and free public lot 1/2 block away.
