Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved staying at the beach house. Enough space for everyone and right on the beach. My only issues were the floors in the kitchen were uneven and there were rust stains all over the house including all over the back door.

Weekend family getaway

We did a weekend getaway and I'm so glad that we chose Sunrise Sunset. The house was exactly as listed. The oceanviews were absolutely breathtaking! We are looking forward to when we can return.

2nd visit to Sunrise, Sunset

i cannot say enough about this home! What we love the most, honestly is the location of the house. This house cannot be any closer to the ocean. It is situated away from any public beach access, so the entire oceanfront of the house is open to you and your guests. Great rental! We love it and will be back!

This house sits right on the beach with amazing views. The porch is mostly covered with unobstructed views of the beach. The house is wide open and allows for plenty of space for the family to sit and interact with each other. The table is great for family game night. One bathroom toilet area is much smaller than the other; great for little kids but not as great for adults. A few bedrooms were hot at night, even with the ceiling fans and air conditioner on; it was best to leave the doors open for circulation. A great time was had with family and we will consider this house again for a quick get away for some EdiSLO time!

Location was a plus, right on the beach with lots of parking space. Easy to access and had the number of baths and bedrooms we needed for our family. The staff was helpful and it was easy to check in and out.

The location and layout of the house was perfect. House was as advertised. It rained the first day and a half while we were there, so the covered deck in back and screened in porch in front came in handy. We enjoyed walking up and down the beach, collecting shells and watching the dolphins play. While we were not traveling with our dogs this time, Vacasa was very accomodating when my brother came down from Charlotte with his two pups for the night. Overall great trip and would not hesitate to book again. Two things to note for travelers, the beach is dog friendly (which we loved) but not everyone followed the rules about keeping their dogs on a leash. We had several random dogs approach us to say hi. The road in and out of Edisto beach can get backed up with traffic, while Charleston is only 48 miles away it took more than an hour and a half to get there.

Weekend Getaway

It was the perfect weekend. The house was just what we were hoping for and more. The location was great, the weather was great, and the sunrises were breathtaking. We will definitely be back to stay in this sweet house next year.

Weekend at the beach!

This was a lovely location, a somewhat dated home but very cozy and personable. Unbeatable views, the beach is literally at your door. I would definitely seek out this location again and refer it to others! Really nice experience.

We had originally booked Corrigan. However, because it had sustained some damage from the nor’easter, Vacasa put us up in Sunrise, Sunset. This was a larger and more updated beach house. It had 2 more bedrooms a larger open floor plan, and a king sized bed with and ocean view. It was very nice. The only challenge was in the bathrooms… the toilets almost feel like afterthoughts and are in tiny cubby spaces. However, this did not pose any major inconvenience. Overall we were very pleased and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful stay

Can’t beat the location and the view. The house is aging, but it was cute and clean (with exception of being a little dusty, for those with allergies). The main thing to be careful about is for anyone who might be susceptible to falling. Going from the house to the beach is a very steep step down to the sand, wide enough for only one foot. My grandma stayed with us and fell there trying to get to the beach. She was ok, but it was concerning. For that reason alone, we probably won’t rent here again. But if it were just me, my husband and my son, we would consider it.
