Aptly named, Artsea Phartsea is an eclectic beach resort home nestled among beautiful live oaks and palmettos that Edisto is so famous for. This cozy cottage is perfect for a couple’s retreat, golfing getaway, or a small family looking for a coastal retreat. Features like a unique floor plan that boasts a comfortable combination living and dining area, a well-equipped galley style kitchen, large sun deck, and gorgeous décor make this home stand out from the crowd. Take advantage of dining al fresco or simply cooling off after a hot day in the sun on the spacious and comfortably furnished screened-in porch. Cable TV and internet access will keep your group entertained should a brief shower interrupt your day on the course or the beach. The second-floor loft is surrounded by custom sea life art crafted in stained glass and serves as the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite book or an afternoon nap. The charm of this peaceful bungalow will have you coming back season after season to reset and recharge in a way that can only be done on Edisto Beach. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, tennis courts, and fitness center for an additional fee.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
