This top floor, end unit condo features panoramic views of our crystal clear Gulf water and sugar sand beaches. Located on the top floor of the very popular Island Sands Condo complex, this 2 BR 2 BA unit is bound to be your favorite place to be.

Island Sands is a small condo complex on Indian Rocks Beach directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, literally 50 feet away from the Gulf! You will enjoy dolphin watching and magnificent sunsets from your balcony with your favorite beverage or right from the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and TV for your enjoyment along with it's own updated private bathroom and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plus it's own TV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

The main living space boasts a breathtaking view of the beach and the beachfront balcony and can be admired from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has every convenience of home that you desire to create those wonderful home-cooked meals or to grab a quick snack to enjoy by the beach. The dining room table has plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy a meal together, too. The breakfast bar hosts comfortable bar stools for quick meals or to catch up with your social media with the free WiFi throughout the condo.

The condo also has a sleeper sofa, and an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Linens and towels provided, including beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for your stay as well!

Enjoy the beachfront and heated pool, relax on the sundeck with a good book or stroll the quiet section of Indian Rocks Beach searching for shells. Create an incredible meal at the onsite (and beachfront) Gas BBQ grill area - all at your home away from home to create lasting family vacation memories.

*Please note: there is no elevator at this complex. This unit is on the top floor, meaning you will have to walk up two flights of stairs.

You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award-winning beaches, more amazing restaurants and nightlife. Rent jet skis, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep-sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration and vendors too. Johns Pass is located a bit South to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous small shops and more water excursions.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
