This open and airy home was designed by AT Home Staging and Interiors of Atlanta, and the attention to detail extends from the front door into the five gorgeous bedrooms.

The upstairs master suite features a California King bed, a sunny sitting area, a vintage-inspired work desk, and French Doors that lead out to a private waterfront balcony. You also get your choice of pillow style from our pillow bar located in the master closet.

Bedroom two also has a King size bed, large windows, and a wooden dresser to keep all of your clothes and personal items organized. It is just steps from the family bathroom.

Bedroom three has two full-size beds covered in soft linens and plenty of plush pillows. This room has a private bathroom, and access through French Doors to the shady lakefront patio.

Bedroom four features two twin beds, a dresser, two nightstands, and doors that lead to the outdoor entertainment space. The two twin beds can be converted to a king upon request.

Bedroom five is a luxurious and romantic first-floor guest house retreat with a King size four post bed and wooden nightstands with decorative light fixtures. It boasts a private living room, complete with a twin-size trundle bed, modern armchairs, and a coffee table in front of a sleek, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Guests in this room also have a private side entrance, making it easy to come and go without disturbing the rest of the home.

If you’re coming to Georgia with a large group, you’ll be happy about the five bathrooms spread throughout the home. Two of the bathrooms are attached to a bedroom, and the other three are located in the common areas.

Bathroom one has a walk-through shower, an elegant Roman soaking tub, dramatic hanging light fixtures, and an expansive vanity area with ample storage.

Bathroom two has an intricately tiled walk-in shower with rainshower features behind glass doors, and an elaborate vanity with a custom bowl sink.

Bathroom three also has a glass-enclosed shower and a stunning custom sink with gold finishes.

Bathroom four has another beautifully handcrafted sink, expansive countertops, plenty of plush towels, and a shower/tub combo.

The final bathroom follows a more minimalistic design, complete with a walk-in shower, spacious mirrored vanity, and soft lighting.

Bring the whole family together for good food and conversation in this five-star kitchen. The open layout of the kitchen allows everyone to mingle together while still having their own space, and the oversized central island doubles as a breakfast bar with high-top seating for four. The chef of the kitchen will appreciate all of the top-of-the-line appliances, including the full-size refrigerator, gas range and stove, double-sided oven, microwave, and large sink with gold finishes.

The custom cabinets are stocked with dishes, cups, tableware, and kitchen gadgets and still leave enough room to store all of your family’s favorite groceries and snacks.
Early risers can brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it on the waterfront patio, and night owls can quietly sneak into the kitchen and prepare a sweet treat to enjoy in front of the flat-screen TV.

A flat-screen TV is mounted right above it, making this space perfect for family movie nights or watching a sports game with front-row seats.

Whether you sink into one of the leather armchairs or stretch out on a comfortable sofa, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The wall of windows allows for sunshine to fill the space, and French Doors lead out to the expansive second-story balcony.

The second living room is a fun, sun-kissed space with large windows and comfortable lounge furniture. A love seat and two plush armchairs surround a flat-screen TV, and a classic arcade game and foosball table provide limitless entertainment for kids and adults alike. The rear wall of the living room is made of windows and offers unobstructed views of the shady patio and the lake. If you thought the inside of this lakefront property was impressive, just wait until you step outside and experience the luxury outdoor spaces.
