This is such a wonderful place to vacation. It feels like your home away from home. Great view of the Ocean only 100 steps to the sand and 200 steps to touch the Ocean
water. This condo is extremely clean and updated and equipped with almost everything you need.
NON SMOKERS ONLY!
Beach toys, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler on wheels and boogie boards available to use. booster seat and more. You will not be disappointed in what this condo offers.

This is a six unit building and this unit is on the top which makes it very private not to mention having the view. The restaurants are incredible and you can walk everywhere. Plenty of things to do in Ocean City. Great ocean view, woodburning fireplace,100 steps to the sand, 200 steps to put your feet in the Ocean, So many extra items left for your use, Super clean and updated unit. If there are smokers in your group please choose a different property this is a non smoking building. If you would like to purchase the Linen package it is 75.00 and can be added on prior to your stay. it includes beach towels, bath towels and sheets.. You will need to wash, dry and put away prior to leaving.
NON SMOKERS ONLY. No elevator . We have Ring Doorbell video camera pointed at steps leading up to the unit

Lovely place for a family stay

We stayed with our family and the place was great. It was clean, felt secure, had dishes, utensils etc and walkable from the beach. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. Nice stay overall.

Condo was very clean and kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances. Quick walk to the beach/easy access. There are a few buildings in front of you before the beach so the view is minimal of the beach. Wonderful stay.

Quiet street...just what we needed

I thought this property was very cleanly and better than it appears in pictures. There were only 3 adults staying for 2 nights and we had more than enough room. This house had all the amenities for a short stay. We enjoyed the view immensely. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Information provided for arrival was clear. Climbing 54 steps to get to top floor carrying items for stay multiple times was strenuous. View at top floor was nice. Even saw bayside park fireworks display from bedroom balcony Sunday night. Beach was wonderful. Neighborhood very easy going. Condo is built well. Loved the six seat round table for family meals. Would suggest better explanation for locking door.

July 4th Fun!

The location was perfect for our family of 5! The 123rd Street Beach was ideal for seeing the fireworks from Bethany Beach, Ocean City boardwalk, and the Ocean City park. The condo was exactly as described and included all the amenities a family could need. The price and location for traveling on a budget were ideal. We also had 2 vehicles so parking onsite was was great and nearby street parking was free and easy to always find a spot. The stairs do give you a workout but not too bad and even our daughter with Down Syndrome was able to navigate easily with some short breaks. Would definitely stay again!

More than I even expected

This was a great location! Close to the beach, so clean, easy to get to other entertainment and food, and WAY more amenities than described. There were 2 queen sized beds and a twin AS WELL AS 2 additional pull out twin trundles and a futton. They had a cooler and beach chairs, umbrella, and toys to use. Literally the only downside was the stairs, but even they werent that bad when you werent carrying stuff up and down. 10/10 would recommend for a family trip!

Great property, great location, very enjoyable

We visited Beach Winds 6 and had a blast. There were 2 adults and 3 kids ranging from 16 to 8 yrs and we were all comfortable. It's half a block to the beach and half a block to the main strip so everything was easily walkable. This condo was exactly as advertised. There were very minor hiccups I'd expect with any rental (a finicky toilet, TV plugged into wrong outlet) but overall it was thoroughly enjoyable. We brought our own sheets and towels and there were plenty of blankets provided. The AC worked great, the appliances all worked, the beds were adequate, the condo was clean - no complaints. Plenty of beach toys and chairs available, even toys in the condo for the kids. We got lucky that the building was nearly empty during our stay. I could see the parking and stairs being a bit crowded but not for us. Debbie the property owner/manager was very responsive and very polite. This was much appreciated as it's not always the case. I'd rent from Debbie again and would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

This property was perfect for our weekend trip. The only downside was all the steps, we definitely got a workout! But the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was nice and close, and the view of the beach from the balcony was also a plus! I would definitely recommend this place and remember it for future trips!

Perfect!

The Condo is really nice and very clean. Alot of extras there that normally are not at Condo rentals. Meaning like paper products and trash bags, laudry deteregent, dish soap. Lots of pots and pans for cooking which was great. We honestly had not one negative for our stay there except the trindle bed could use new mattresses.
