As you step into this spacious beach retreat, you'll feel instantly at home as this living space is decorated with soothing beach colors and unique works of coastal-themed art throughout.

The home has been totally updated! The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for 4 guests.

The living room is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme and features a sofa and accent chair and Smart TV.

Right outside the living room is a porch with seating for everyone where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Each bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV and share a full bathroom featuring a shower.

The location is steps from the sand, a short walk to restaurants like Frenchy's, Palm Pavilion, ClearSky and many more.

You are also close to bars, shops and outdoor water experiences. This house is in front of a cottage that can be rented separately or together. Each has a private entrance and the only thing that’s shared is the laundry room.

*VERY IMPORTANT: There is no parking at this property. The area in front of the house is city easement first come/first serve. Only 1 vehicle will fit, we cannot guarantee or hold parking there. There is also paid parking on the street.

* These properties are ideally for adults as the location can get very busy, however we have had many families stay here with no problem.

* This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
