Classic beach house, ocean side of Rt 1 in South Bethany
Less than 400 ft to the beach with easy beach access. You can set up beach chairs and umbrellas in the morning, and leave them there all day and come and go as you need. Great for families with children and tweens or teens. Sleeps 10.
There are fishing rods and crabbing cages, umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys available for guest use.
Two separate upstairs/downstairs living spaces with independent entrances, each with kitchen & bath. Teens/ or tweens can have their own hang out for watching TV or set up their video games in the downstairs living room, or the beach house can be shared between two families allowing for more privacy.
There is a screened porch on the lower level with seating for 7and an airconditioned sunroom/eating area on the upper level with table seating for 10. There is also a picnic table in the covered lower level parking, and a gas grill on the upper porch.
3 bedrooms upstairs (sleeps 6) including master bedroom with own bathroom
2 bedrooms downstairs one bath (sleeps 4)
WiFi, Cable TV

Must have adults over 24 Years old in group to rent.
